We run an e-shop on the website shop.dusanekcz.cz or obchod.dusanekcz.cz

We process certain personal data for the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC personal data) ("GDPR")

I. Processing of personal data

A. Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form

If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you provide us with, mainly through the inquiry form or order.

These are: name, surname, company data, contact details such as telephone and e-mail

For what reason?

We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding the delivery of goods.

On what legal ground?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR - negotiations on the contract, resp. takes pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data no later than 30 days from our last communication.

      B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, address (es), company name, ID number, VAT number, telephone, email

For what reason?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - they deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via contact information about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under our law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to settle complaints).

For what legal reason do we process personal data?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Art. c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service and then 12 months from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters

If you are a buying customer and you did not prohibit us from making a purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send us our news.

On what legal ground?

The provisions of Section 7, Paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services, allow us to do so, unless you prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

1 year since your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via e-mail newsletter@dusanekcz.cz.

II. Who will get the data?

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other people work for us, who access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:

- operator of the e-shop platform Weblink srl, P.IVA IT02285720120

- companies involved in the dispatch of goods (UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, PPL)

- companies involved in the dispatch of payments (PayPal)

- Accounting data processor (J.K.Soft & Tax s.r.o., IČ: 03676188

We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.

III. What else you should know

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

In our company, there are no decisions based on automatic processing or profiling.

IV. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The GDPR Regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and want information about what personal data we process, request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions, you can request a copy of processed personal data us in certain situations the deletion of personal data and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. Objections may be raised against processing on grounds of legitimate interest.
